Spent some quiet time last night, hospice bedside, listening to the rhythmic sighs of the oxygen machine laboring with the release of a train pulling into its destination … realizing that dying is first the domain of the spirit, then the flesh … appreciating how life is about giving flesh the gift of spirit every moment of our lives.
