Good questions
Good questions work on us, we don’t work on them. They are not a project to be completed but a doorway opening onto a greater depth of understanding, action that will take us into being more fully alive. … Acting on what matters is, ultimately, a political stance, one whereby we declare we are accountable for the world around us and are willing to pursue what we define as important, independent of whether it is in demand, or has market value. … The critical task is to find the right question, one that is open- ended enough to engage everyone personally and organizationally.
