The right time
Part of the idea of synchronicity is that events we don’t necessarily plan or control converge in patterns organized by our intentions. We think about someone who then calls. Our intention is aligned with the universe and resonance occurs.
The other side of the coin is when our intentions are not in tune with the timing of the universe and what we want goes frustrated and unfulfilled. There is an expectation in Open Space Technology that speaks to this, that things happen when they’re supposed to happen. This is hardly a call for passive hope or despair; on the contrary, it is a call for being very present to the patterns in our universe and aligning our intentions, and actions, accordingly.
