Happy groundhog day
Today in Northern Ohio, we observe groundhog day. It’s always a big day for me because it’s the first day of the year that has any connection to the transformation of winter into spring. It’s a good day to remember that spring doesn’t start with buds and blooms. It starts with the quiet preparations that invisibly evoke the visible unfolding we later enjoy. How much of life is about the power of quiet preparations.
