					<description>When I lived in Europe we had excellent bakerei but a British friend who was an experienced bread maker encouraged me to make my own bread.  It was a quiet thing to do early mornings by myself.  I can still see my sons eating it barely cooled down with fresh sweet butter or a big spoonful of Nutella...memories.</description>
