					<description>For years I have hit my head against a wall, a wall that although invisible is still as real as mortar and bricks.  I finally understood yesterday that this wall was allowed to stand because I accepted the position, to continuously stand and bang my head on it.  I can go around this wall and go somewhere else.  I don't know if it is relevant to what you posted but it seems to me that I was way too focus on reaching a small goal on the other side of that glass wall.</description>
