What is that in blogyears?
3 years ago today, Jack/zen began as its original blog incarnation, Gassho. I started it as a daily writing practice, which yes I still need even as I’m in the thick of book 5. Writing the blog has always been a daily invitation to observe the world with fresh eyes. Not that I wouldn’t do it without a blog, but a daily blog keeps the practice frontal in one’s consciousness.
So, going into Year 4, I celebrate all daily blogs for their dependable presence, and dedicate this blog to the happiness of all beings.
