		<description>Wow, that's a fascinating statement of the inventors' vision, Jack. I've been reading The Fifth Discipline, and I think I finally understand Senge's statement of 'creative tension' - that imagery of the rubber band stretching between current reality and future vision. To lessen the tension, one has to either move current reality toward the vision or the vision toward the current reality. Refusing to give up on the impossible vision is more likely to move our current reality forward with more intensity . . . the moral being: Dream Big!</description>
