Inspiration in the government sector
Did an open space with a group of emerging leaders in government here in Washington tonight. It was inspiring to see that the largest breakout was a group passionate about cross-agency collaborations. We had people from energy, homeland security, human services, the state department and others talking about collaboration and network weaving in a way the institutional fathers in their silos would not dream of.
This is a generation that gets it, that it is about creating community. We need to support these sparks so they catch fire.
