Zen dude ranch
I’ve been doing alot of work lately with corporate folks in dream space, working with them as they envision their personal and collective futures. The key is to keep inventing and reinventing dreams, something like painting and re-painting over growing canvases.
One dream scenario I’ve been nurturing has me in my 70’s where I start a zen dude ranch. It’s a retreat for execs in career transition where they learn to master skills like ego rustling and branding. We’d have rodeos where the prize winners are those who can pay attention the longest. And we train people to be “team whisperers” - leaders who learn to have complete trust and faith in the capabilities of their people.
Stay tuned …
