					<description>I see what you're saying, but to my ear a more concrete, and no less inviting and creative question might be: "What are new and different ways to see this community?"

To which the juicy asnwers would start with " As a..." and a similie-fest would follow, converted through a further round of conversation into actual new ways to be in community.  

And then we can ask Annie's question.  Second loop learning, and all that...</description>
