Remembering

We know everything we need to live in a balanced way. We know how to breathe, pay attention, stretch, eat healthy, visualize success, and so on.

Being out of balance is a simple matter of forgetting what we know.

I have to disagree with you, Jack. Based on my own experience, I can remember what I know without acting upon it. It is only when I act upon it (or “be it”) that I am able to restore balance. And, that doesn’t come immediately, once I’ve been out of balance.

For me, the process is something like the following:

    1. Remembering what I know
    2. Taking the steps to be in alignment with what I know
    3. Waiting until, God willing, I get back in balance
    4. Trying to avoid “forgetting” once again!
