Tranformation through awareness
We have endless creativity when it comes to discovering and inventing new ways to get stuck. It is always a self-imposed experience, from which there is no hope without this realization of our intrinsic role in our own stuckness.
The point of getting unstuck is to notice how we get stuck. This is to notice the part of us that feels stuck, and what that phenomenological experience is like. Freedom from stuckness begins by examining the details of the part of us that gets stuck and, just as importantly, the part of us that tries to release stuckness.
Then authentic and focused movement occurs - not the unsustainable movement from external coercion. Awareness itself unleashes. And it is never as painful as we anticipate - in fact, it is always liberation into joy.
When our culture gets this, a transformation will occur.
