Working in Rock Springs Wyoming this week with an old friend and CEO of the local hospital, Kevin hawk,, who after my day with 40 of his managers, closes with the following: “IN our work today, some of you have told me that you want to be a better person, and if I can help you with that, it would be a genuine privilege.”
