Leadership in any endeavor is an an important element to success, but is less vital than commitment. In far too many instances, the children of the '50's and '60's have allowed themselves to fall into a management by consensus mentality that paralyzes fruitful actions for fear of being singled out unfavorably in the many public forums that are part of the modern media age.

Any entrepnuer knows that success is as much about luck and hard work than it is about making smart decisions. Let us not forget that those smart decisions were made becasue of how and where (s)he failed in previous attempts to achieve their goals.
