Holly on powerful questions
This morning in her dialogue with local emerging leaders, national sustainability leader and friend, Holly Harlan, responded to one of my questions with the following:

Part of Holly’s job is to invite people into new possibilities with engaging questions. She says that her best questions come from research and learning she does that is ahead of the curve of where her community is. In this way, she is a visionary, inspiring people with new questions and new pathways to consider. This is her power.

I love questions, I have been studing the topic for a few months, so I got the quote right away, but i see how it could be unclear if you weren’t on the same wave length.
The topics of powerful questions and intuitive thinking/decision making bring up a lot of great articles when googled. It is interesting to me to see so much focus on these topics in the business world.
