True awareness

True awareness is effortless. It is not the product of trying to be aware, or trying to be aware of anything special or anything in particular. It is not the product of egoic intention, striving, or desire. It is not the product of goals and programs, rules or formulas.

True awareness happens on its own with no need of help. All we can do is get in its way. When we stay out of its way, we realize its boundaryless spaciousness.

wants/wishes, to be understood, and to feel
peaceful are all manifested by our choosing.

always the teacher and the taught, by being
present we act as a reminder and are
“unconsciously” inviting each other into a
powerful place where it’s up to us
_individually_ to choose to step more deeply
into knowing and being our true selves.

to give and receive freely while occupying
this powerful place is a gift that invites
true awareness which in turn allows conscious
    choosing.
