Reflective conversations
I’m always surprised, maybe shouldn’t be by now, by people I meet who report reading this blog. People like the reflective nature of it, suggesting we perhaps need more reflective conversations. These are conversations of exploration without the requirement of consensus or conclusion. It’s the opposite of conversations that are either contests for consensus or conflicts over conclusions.
