Knowing
Doing following knowing. When we know something, we automatically take action. Not taking action is a clear indicator of not knowing something. The notion that we “know but don’t do” is sheer illusion. One of the lies we tell ourselves is we “know” what needs to be done and don’t do it. We clearly know something, but there is still a knowing that when it emerges, action will happen naturally, and without hesitation or effort.
